Want a home for your original characters that is ready the moment you make it? OC Showcase is a seasonal page template for OC artists. You start with columns, labels, and a warm coral and mint theme already set up, so you can drop in characters and trade art right away. 🎨

It is a lovely fit for art trade season, including art-fight season in July.

What it is

OC Showcase is a page for keeping and sharing your original characters. Think of it as a tidy board where every character gets a card with a reference image and notes, and you can sort who you want to make art for, who you owe art back to, and what is finished. It is a friendly way to show your cast and keep your trades organized in one protected place.

1. Create it (from anywhere)

You can start an OC Showcase page in three places, whichever you happen to be near:

From the sidebar. Look for the New to art trades? prompt and click Create OC Showcase. Your new page opens right away, fully set up.
From the New Page modal. Click + to add a page, then under Start from pick OC Showcase before you create it.
By switching any page to it. Already have a page? Open Branding & Profile and choose the OC Showcase theme. This works on your main username page or on any other page. Your custom background is kept safe in case you switch back.

However you start, you get the four columns, the labels, and the Sunset theme in one step.

The columns

Your page starts with four columns, and you can rename, reorder, or add to them any time:

Profile 🪪: a home for your character profiles. Keep one card per OC here with their reference and details.
To Attack ⚔️: characters or people you want to make art for.
To Defend 🛡️: art you owe back, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Complete 🏆: finished pieces, ready to admire.

2. Fill your cards

Make a card for each character or piece, then open it to fill it in:

🌟 Set a cover image as the reference so your character shows at a glance.
🖌️ Drag and drop your art right onto the card, or add it from the card's gallery.
📝 Add notes in the description: name, species, palette, anything you want a trade partner to know.
🎯 Open Card details inside the card to set a player type (Attack or Defense), an attack type (Friendly Fire or Revenge Chain), and a points value for tracking your score.

To sort cards by kind, use the labels that come with the template:

Attack: a piece you are making for someone.
Revenge: art made back in return.
Friendly Fire: a friendly trade or gift.

3. Share it and invite friends

Once your cast is up, your page is ready to show off:

🔗 Share the link. Your page has its own address you can post anywhere, including a tweet, so people can browse your OCs and see what you are open to.
👋 Bring friends in. Send them your page, or point them at this guide so they can spin up their own OC Showcase and trade back.
🏷️ Tag a collaborator on a card. Nudge someone about a specific piece. You can only tag people who can already see the page, so a tag never exposes your art. See Notifications and tagging for who sees what.

The Sunset theme

OC Showcase comes dressed in Sunset, a soft coral and mint look made just for it. You are never locked into it. You can switch to any theme any time from Branding & Profile, and your custom background is kept safe when you switch back. See Managing pages for how themes and backgrounds work.

Why SievePage
