Commission queue
Your commission queue on one public link
SievePage is a commission queue that lives on a public page. Clients open one link and see your open status, their card, and where it stands. You track requests and payments and keep 100% of what you earn.
How most artists run a queue today
A Trello board from the commission-queue template, a Google Form for intake, a spreadsheet for payments, and Discord for updates.
Commission status on the page
Open, waitlist, or closed shows at the top of your page. Set it once and visitors see it.
Progress clients check themselves
Each commission is a card with a stage: sketch, line, color, render, done. The stage shows as a badge on the card. Clients open your link instead of messaging you.
Requests come from the page
A visitor can ask for a slot right on your page, with no account. The request reaches you once they confirm their email. Accept it into a card or decline it. You set the minimum budget and where accepted requests land.
Tracking payments
Mark each card unpaid, deposit, or paid, with overdue flagged automatically.
Import your Trello board
Paste your board's public link and your columns, cards, labels, and cover images are imported. Archived lists and cards stay in Trello. How the import works.
Common questions
How do I show clients my commission queue?
Make your page public and share the link. Clients see your open status, visible cards and their progress stages. No need to export or update separately.
Can clients see payment details?
You choose per card what visitors see. Payment state (unpaid, deposit, paid) is tracked on the card.
What is imported from a Trello board?
Your open lists become columns in the same order, visible cards show titles and descriptions, labels keep their colors, and cover images and attachments remain the same.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients view your page with no account, and a visitor can send you a commission request from the page after confirming their email. You accept it into a card or decline it.
Is SievePage free?
Yes. The free plan includes one public page, unlimited cards, the commission queue and waitlist, progress and payment tracking, a searchable archive, and custom themes.
