Getting Started with SievePage

SievePage helps you organize creative projects, keep your commission queue clean, and share your work publicly.

Creating your account

Go to sieve.page and click Sign up. Enter your email and pick a username.

Your username becomes your public profile URL: sieve.page/yourusername

Your first page

A page is your creative workspace. Think of it like a Kanban board for a single project, commission batch, or piece of work.

  1. Give it a name (e.g. "October Commissions" or "Summer Art Batch 2026")
  2. Your page starts with three columns: Requests, In Progress, Done
  3. Add columns, rename them, or drag them to reorder

Coming from Trello? From the sidebar, hover any page, your main page or another, open its ⋯ menu, and choose Import, and your columns and cards come straight in. You can also pick Import from Trello while creating a new page. See Import from Trello.

Cards

Each card represents a task, commission, or deliverable.

Click New (top right of any page) and choose Card to create one. From a card you can:

  • Set a title and description
  • Assign labels (e.g. "Character Art", "Rush", "Paid")
  • Set a due date
  • Attach files or reference images
  • Add a checklist for subtasks

Your page is public by default

The moment you sign up, your profile is live and public at sieve.page/yourusername. Your free account includes this one public page.

Multiple pages, private pages, and invite-only teamspaces (soon) come with Pro. On a Pro account, you can make any page private:

  1. Click the Public / Private badge in the status row at the top of your page (or open the Share dialog and find Visibility)
  2. Choose Private
  3. A private page is visible only to you. Visitors see a short "this page is private" notice instead.

Switch it back to Public whenever you're ready to share.

Feedback and bug reports

The fastest way to reach us is right inside the app. Click the feedback button in the sidebar, choose 🐞 Bug or ✨ Feedback, tell us what's on your mind, and send. We read every message and get back to you within two business days.
