Managing Pages

Pages are the core unit of organization in SievePage. Each page is an independent workspace with its own columns, cards, and settings.

Page settings

Open any page and click the ⚙ Settings icon (top right corner) to access:

  • Page name: rename at any time
  • Visibility: toggle between private and public
  • Theme: choose a color scheme for the page
  • Background: set a background image (uploaded or from a URL)
  • Delete page: permanently removes the page and all its cards

Columns

Columns define the stages of your workflow. You can:

  • Add a column: click + Add column at the right edge of the page
  • Rename a column: double-click the column title
  • Reorder columns: drag by the column header
  • Delete a column: open the column menu (···) and select Delete

Deleting a column will delete all cards inside it. This is permanent.

Labels

Labels let you tag cards for quick filtering. Labels are page-specific.

To create a label:

  1. Open any card
  2. Click Labels in the card detail panel
  3. Click + Create label, choose a name and color

Labels appear as colored chips on cards in the page view. Use them to mark priority, type of work, client status, or anything that helps you scan quickly.

Themes and backgrounds

Each page can have its own theme color and background image.

  • Themes tint the page's header and accent colors
  • Backgrounds appear behind the column area
  • Background images persist when you change themes

To update the theme:

  1. Open ⚙ Settings > Appearance
  2. Pick a theme color or upload a background

Archiving cards

Cards that are done but you want to keep for records can be archived:

  1. Open the card
  2. Click the Archive button at the bottom of the detail panel

Archived cards are removed from the page but remain in your account history.
