No account needed to tip or buy. You pay the artist's price, or the tip amount you pick.

How you can pay depends on the artist. Your receipt and files go to the email you enter.

Your receipt and downloads

• Your email receipt is your record. If the creator attached files, it has a Get your files link. Can't find it? Check spam, and search for the creator's name.
• Signed in? Purchases in your account menu lists your orders.
• Files stay current. If the creator updates a file, your delivery page shows the new one.
• Time limit. Downloads from a creator on the free plan last about six months. The page shows the date.
• Nothing to download? The creator delivers it themselves and will be in touch.

If something goes wrong

• Payment in review. PayPal is still checking it. Don't pay again. We'll email you when it clears.
• Payment declined. Try again, or pay another way the creator accepts.
• Sold out while you paid. PayPal and Venmo tell you before you're charged. A card payment is refunded in full, and you get an email.

Refunds

Ask the creator. You get an email when an order is refunded, and your downloads stop. The processor's own card fee isn't returned. For a PayPal purchase, you can also open a case in PayPal's Resolution Center.
