Cards

Every piece of work on your page is a card.

What a card shows

Click New at the top right of any page and choose Card. Add:

  • Title and description: the piece and any notes or references
  • Card color: a color for the card itself
  • Labels: colored chips like Rush or Character Art. Managing pages covers making them.

A card needs a title or a cover image before it will save.

Images and files

Add image or GIF attaches artwork, references, and files to a card. Any image on a card can become the tile's cover: open it and choose Set as cover, then pick Click to remove as cover to take it off again.

Attachments count toward your page's space. Storage covers how much you have and what happens as it fills.

Checklists

Checklist breaks one piece into steps: thumbnails, flats, or shading; then tick them off as you go. The progress bars move as each item on the checklist is fulfilled.

Due dates and reminders

Set a due date on a card, then use Add a new reminder for a nudge. Reminders show up as notifications on your page.

A card with a due date also carries a small marker only you can see, reading Pending until you mark it Resolved.

Watching and reactions

Watch this card lets your visitors track when a card changes, so your clients and collaborators know when there's an update on a piece of work. Stop watching ends it.

Visitors can leave reactions on your cards. Page privacy covers who can react on a public page and on a private one.

Hiding, archiving, and deleting

  • Hide takes a card off the public view while leaving it on your board. See Managing pages.
  • Archive moves finished work off the live board into your archive, grouped by year. See Your commission archive.
  • Delete removes the card.

Commission fields

On a page with the commission tools on, a card shows a row of chips for the stage it's at, including whether it's been paid for and who it's for. See Commission cards.
